About Emerson's Weight Loss Program
Are you a candidate?
Our experienced bariatric team works with a wide variety of patients. Here are some ways to determine if you may be a candidate for surgery.
- You are an adult with a BMI of 35 or greater, OR you have a BMI of 30 with medical conditions associated with your weight, such as high blood pressure, diabetes, high cholesterol, or sleep apnea.
- You have been unable to lose weight and maintain weight loss with other methods, such as diet and exercise.
- You are committed to follow-up care after surgery, essential for long-term success.
