Healing, Personalized

At Emerson Health, we offer advanced Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT) to support recovery, promote healing, and treat a variety of medical conditions. During treatment, patients breathe 100% oxygen in a pressurized chamber, which increases oxygen levels in the blood and helps fight infections, speed up healing, and support recovery.

HBOT is a safe, effective therapy used for various health issues, including chronic wounds, diabetic ulcers, and certain types of infections.

How HBO Therapy Works

During therapy, patients enter a chamber where the air pressure is increased. This allows the lungs to absorb more oxygen, which then circulates through the body. The increased oxygen promotes faster healing and supports the body’s natural ability to repair itself.

What to Expect

The process is simple and generally takes between 60 and 90 minutes. Patients sit or lie comfortably in a chamber while breathing normally. The chamber is clear, so you can relax, watch TV, or listen to music during treatment. Most people feel fine after therapy, though some may experience mild side effects, such as ear discomfort or fatigue.
