• Payroll Deduction Option: Employers may choose to offer Connected Care as a voluntary benefit, with subscription fees deducted directly from employees’ paychecks.
• Employee-Paid Enrollment: Employers may promote Connected Care as an available benefit while allowing interested employees to enroll and pay independently through the Connected Care enrollment website.
• Hybrid Models: Employers may also choose a shared-cost approach, with a portion of the subscription covered by the employer and the remainder paid by the employee.
