Our Services

Our licensed, experienced speech-language pathologists specialize in evaluating and treating a variety of communication and swallowing challenges. We work with adults facing:

  • Cognitive Disorders
Difficulties with attention, memory, processing, organization, and other thinking skills. These challenges can result from conditions like concussion, brain tumor, stroke, neurological disorders, or chemotherapy side effects.
  • Dysarthria
Speech clarity issues caused by neurological events, such as stroke or brain injury.
  • Aphasia
Problems with speaking, listening, reading, and writing after a stroke or brain injury. We also offer an Aphasia Conversation Group to help build functional communication skills.
  • Swallowing Disorders
Trouble swallowing food or liquids safely, often associated with conditions like stroke, Parkinson’s disease, or head/neck cancer. Our services include clinical swallow evaluations and Modified Barium Swallow Studies.
  • Voice Disorders
Issues such as hoarseness, chronic cough, vocal fatigue, muscle tension, vocal cord paralysis, or paradoxical vocal fold motion (PVFM).
  • Head and Neck Cancer
Speech, voice, and swallowing difficulties related to head/neck cancer and its treatments (e.g., surgery, chemotherapy, or radiation).
