About Me
Avery discovered a passion for reproductive health and midwifery as a volunteer doula in rural Maine, drawn to midwifery’s focus on patient-centered, evidence-based care. Avery earned a bachelor’s and a master’s in nursing from Oregon Health andScience University, and is a board-certified nurse midwife. When not in the office or on labor and delivery, Avery can be found exploring Boston with wife Lorna and spending time with family in coastal Maine.
