To make your visit to Emerson Hospital as smooth and efficient as possible, we encourage you to call ahead to pre-register for specific tests or appointments.
Save Time by Pre-Registering for Your Visit
Please have your insurance card(s) ready when you call.
- To pre-register for tests and appointments at any Emerson facility (except for outpatient rehabilitation services), please call 978-287-3062.
- To pre-register for outpatient rehabilitation services in Concord and Westford, please call 978-287-8200.
- If you do not pre-register by phone for appointments on the Emerson Hospital campus or at an off-campus location, you will need to visit the registration department at your scheduled location at least 15 minutes before your appointment.
