When to Seek Urgent Care

Urgent care is a great option when you need medical attention quickly for non-life-threatening illnesses or injuries that cannot wait for a regular doctor’s appointment.

Examples include minor cuts that may need stitches, sprains, mild to moderate flu symptoms, ear or sinus infections, or minor burns. Urgent care centers provide prompt care for common health concerns, often with shorter wait times and lower costs than an emergency room visit.

If you are experiencing severe symptoms, such as chest pain, difficulty breathing, or signs of a stroke, always call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
