Craig Nesta, JD, MBA, MS, Vice President, Emerson Practice Associates & Administrative Fellowship Director

In addition to his role as vice president for Emerson’s physician practice, Craig serves as the director of Emerson’s Administrative Fellowship Program and coordinates the national recruitment, placement, and mentoring of fellows annually. Craig has more than twenty-five years of healthcare administration experience and has held faculty positions at the Boston University School of Public Health as well as at Stonehill College. Craig volunteered for ten years at the Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Management Education in a variety of positions, including chair of the Accreditation Council. Additionally, Craig is a past board member for the Association of University Programs in Health Administration. Craig is a fellow with ACHE, HFMA and MGMA and remains active in these professional organizations.

Erika Lizotte

Erika Lizotte

Erika attended Sacred Heart University, where she earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees, including a Bachelor’s in Healthcare Administration with minors in Psychology and Management. She went on to complete her Master’s in Healthcare Administration. Erika chose to begin her career at Emerson Health due to its strong reputation for delivering high-quality patient care, its commitment to employee development, and the opportunity to grow within a supportive and collaborative environment. She is excited to launch her professional journey at Emerson Health.

Mia Reine

Mia graduated from Pennsylvania State University (CAHME-accredited) in May 2025, earning her Master’s in Health Administration. While completing her degree, Mia served as the treasurer for the Masters of Health Administration Association (MHAA) and was heavily involved in Penn State THON, which aims to provide emotional and financial support for families battling pediatric cancer. Before completing her Master’s, Mia also received her Bachelor’s degree in Health Policy Administration from Penn State, along with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies.

Elisabeth Roadcap

Elisabeth Roadcap

Elisabeth Roadcap earned her undergraduate degree in Molecular Genetics from the University of Vermont and graduates from Cornell University with her master’s in health administration degree in May. Elisabeth is passionate about improving care delivery in outpatient settings and enhancing care coordination across primary and specialty care. She looks forward to joining Emerson Practice Associates as an Administrative Fellow and gaining hands-on experience in outpatient practice management, contributing to key administrative initiatives, and developing the leadership skills needed for a career in healthcare administration.

Olivia Novick

Olivia Novick earned her undergraduate degree in Brain and Cognitive Science from the University of Rochester and is completing her MBA in May at the University of Rochestor Simon Business School, concentrating in Health Science Management. She is passionate about practice management and improving patient access through effective operational and financial decision-making, shaped by her experiences across hospital operations, finance, and supply chain. Olivia is looking forward to joining Emerson Practice Associates as an Administrative Fellow, where she is excited to build a strong foundation in outpatient practice management, gain hands-on experience on the front lines, and develop the leadership skills needed for a career in healthcare administration.
